I receive calls from this number almost daily and sometimes more than once in a day. It ususaly goes to "missed call" before I answer, but if I do get it in time there is never a response.

Apparently, a child playing games. This number called MY cell phone, and I could hear noises in the background, like a radio or tv, but the caller would not respond to me saying "Hello?" or "Who is this?". I have no idea who the caller is, as it is an unlisted number, and it is not a number in my own phone list.
